Daniele Serro, PTA

Director of Rehabilitation Services

Daniele is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Associate of Science; Physical Therapist Assistant.  She joined Tx:Team in 2006 and her strengths in leadership have emerged with the various roles of Team Leader, Outpatient Coordinator and to her current position of Director of Rehabilitation Services in 2008. 

Daniele’s career encompasses over 20 years of experience in long term care and hospital environments.  Under Daniele’s strong leadership and her understanding the importance of teambuilding, coaching, and mentoring, teams have performed at consistent levels exceeding patient satisfaction goals through Press Ganey survey tools and national benchmarks.  She has combined her passion for her field with her expertise to provide outstanding marketing capabilities with physicians, customers, and partner relationships in coordination with Tx:Team marketing strategies.
