Carroll Nelligan, MHA, OTR

President

Carroll received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Occupational Therapy and her Masters in Health Administration from St. Joseph University in Philadelphia in 1994.  She is also a certified professional business coach.

Carroll joined Tx:Team in 1997.  She began as a Director of Rehab Services, held roles of Education Director, Vice President of Clinical Development, Vice President of Operations and then President in 2006.  She is proud to have molded Tx:Team into a Learning Organization. 

Carroll has clinical, financial, and implementation experience in all areas of the rehabilitation continuum including 15 years in the Acute Rehabilitation setting.  She brings a true coaching philosophy to her role as President, bringing talented individuals together as a leadership team, to produce quality clinical and financial outcomes.
