Kim Huser

Kim has over twenty-five years experience in the health care industry, including tenures as owner and senior officer for a contract therapy management company.  After operating her own full service therapy company, Kim joined Tx:Team.  Kim’s expertise in managing occupational and respiratory therapy and speech language pathology services was instrumental in Tx:Team establishing itself as a full service rehabilitation management group.

Since that time, Kim has also served as the company’s Medicare specialist, responsible for interpretation and application of all Medicare coverage guidelines in both proprietary and contract settings.  In recent years, Kim has spearheaded the company’s quality management initiative, establishing a company-wide continuous quality improvement program and overseeing its implementation both internally and at each contract site.  She has been instrumental in developing and implementing our Automated Therapy Management System (ATMS), a customized billing and outcomes tracking system and other quality outcome tracking systems.
