Ann Hightower

Director of Marketing

Ann graduated from Indiana University with a major in English and Communications.  She has been a member of Tx:Team since 2002. Along her 25 year career span, Ann has worked in various roles in marketing and sales with the Indianapolis Indians, The Promotion Company and the Indiana Convention Center & RCA Dome with onsite sales, direct mail, creation and coordination of radio and print advertising. 

Ann has streamlined marketing processes and moved Tx:Team to a new direction in marketing with a strategic focus on growth with ambulatory services, training on customer service, and developing tracking tools to reach marketing and financial benchmarks. Continuously monitoring current marketing trends, she has pushed Tx:Team to the technology age, coordinating website content, Sharepoint Services development, and adding social media to the marketing mix.
