Tx:Team
is a learning organization. We believe it is very important
that our Associates enhance clinical and professional skills.
Orientations
All new
associates are required to participate in a series of new
hire orientations to initiate and integrate all associates
into the Tx:Team systems.
Day I Orientation An in-depth presentation
of Tx:Team's policy and procedures, company philosophy and
individual job descriptions.
Day II Orientation This documentation
training is mandatory for all new licensed associates and
explains the Tx:Team documentation systems.
Internal Educational Benefits:
Tx:Team
offers in-house educational opportunities to our Associates! We
have hosted nationally acclaimed clinicians such as Sara Meeks,
PT bringing
Osteoporosis: A Comprehensive Treatment Approach,
Pamela Scarborough, PT with specialized course,
Wound Care,
and Lisa Pearcy, OTR, introducing
Low Vision Therapy.
Tx:Team offers our Associates these excellent courses without
the high registration or travel costs; thus, giving our
associates more bang for their educational buck! Tx:Team hosts
workshops and distance learning presented by Master clinician
level therapists.
For Management Track Associates:
Leadership training and follow-up sessions with professional
coaching services.

monies can be used for continuing education, college courses,
textbooks and/or required clinical education. An Associate
must have completed six (6) months of employment prior to
being approved to attend a course, and be classified as a
regular full time or regular part time Associate for
eligibility for outside courses.
