"Working for
Tx:Team has been a breath of fresh air. The management
staff have afforded me the opportunity to bring my ideas
for program development to the table and implement.
Tx:Team allows each associate to meet their career goals
by providing mentoring along the way. The company is
flexible and understands what it takes to balance a
career and a family. I chose Tx:Team 1.5 years ago, and
I choose Tx:Team today." -Stephanie Fletcher, OTR,
Team Leader, Frederick Memorial Healthcare System,
Frederick,MD
"One thing I enjoy most about working for Tx:Team is the variety
that it offers. I have had the opportunity to experience
many settings. I started with the company as a traveling
therapist and later moved to a retirement village as a team
leader. Now, I have been provided with another learning
experience: a position working with both inpatients and
outpatients at a local hospital. Tx:Team is wonderful for
allowing therapists to continue to challenge themselves with
new opportunities."- Martha June-Rivera, PT, Team Leader, Inpatient, St Vincent
Hospital, Frankfort
"I first came
to work for Tx Team a couple of years ago because of their
honest and upfront attitude about their mission statement,
their vision and their overall expectations of their
employees. All too often, therapy companies tell you what
you want to hear just to get you in the door. Then they
bombard you with the hidden agenda that usually turns out to
be more than you bargained for. Another reason I began
working for Tx Team was their policy concerning PTA's in
leadership roles. I finally found a company that rewarded
staff on merit and not credentials. I have to admit that
because I was interested in a leadership role, I was lured
to another company offering such a position. That lasted
about two months. Promises were made rather quickly by the
other company and just as quickly they were broken.
Fortunately, Tx Team took me back with open arms and six
months later I was given the opportunity to become a Team
Leader at the rehab department in a major hospital in
Central Indiana. I have never been happier. Yes, being in
a leadership role can be difficult at times but that is what
makes it interesting to me. I feel that I am part of
something more than just adding to the overall numbers. I
have worked for several therapy companies since becoming a
PTA and in my opinion, nobody does it better than Tx:Team."
-John Hillen, PTA, Team Leader, North Vernon, Indiana
