Celebrating its 25th anniversary  in 2008, Tx: Team tracks its origins to 1983, when physical therapist and CEO Greg Jennings formed the company. The mission was to build trusting relationships with patients, physicians, nurses, case managers, administrators and all others devoted to patient care, by  providing quality therapy services.

After a restructuring of management in 2006, Tx:Team’s  leadership, values, and systems have improved and grown. We believe more than ever before in the development of every patient, every associate and every partner.

Tx:Team takes great pride in each of the partners for which we provide systems and services. Our partners represent acute care hospitals, critical access hospitals, long term care facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. Reflecting the type of mutual commitment which our partnerships develop, Tx:Team is proud to have called many of our clients, “partner” for over twenty years.
